You are responsible for further developing the brand strategy and continuously work on the proper brand positioning and brand identity of our brands.
You plan and design communication measures and implement them across channels.
With your strong sense for trends, you develop innovative concepts together with the product team that have the potential to revolutionize the market.
You manage external agencies and independently execute marketing initiatives operationally – from briefing to final implementation.
You ensure consistent communication across all external and internal communication channels.
You work closely with distribution and have a good feel for attractive POS design and activations.
Close collaboration and exchange with Marketing, Sales and E‑commerce.

Vocational training or degree in Marketing / PR / Communications
At least 2–3 years of professional experience in a comparable role with a focus on beauty
Initial contacts with distributors or experience in brick-and-mortar retail are an advantage
You are creative and curious and enjoy developing and implementing ideas
You think strategically – always keeping our mission and target group in mind
You have inspiring creative ideas and approaches to share our products and mission
Your sense for design, copy & language is reliable; you are confident in both German and English
You prefer to work independently and in an organized way and want to take ownership
On-site presence in Berlin required (with flexible home office arrangements)
