Design, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow modules including Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Legal Service Delivery, Contract Management Pro, Source-to-Pay Operations, and App Engine (prior knowledge and experience desirable but not mandatory).
Develop and provide hypercare for workflows, business rules, UI guidelines, and integrations related to the respective client processes.
Act in a client-facing role collaborating with customer teams across Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Finance, and IT to optimize cross-functional processes.
Create and optimize dashboards, reports, and notifications.
Apply best practices in ServiceNow configuration and development, documentation and review of ServiceNow configurations, and development, documentation, and testing of ServiceNow solutions.
In this role, you will play a key part in project teams and smartvokat’s delivery model.

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Consultant (minimum: 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience).
Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow (workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, data imports).
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems (APIs, web services, data feeds) is desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) required; additional certifications are a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Understanding of agile project management methodologies.
Strong communication skills and a self-directed, independent working style are essential.
Fluent German and English skills are required (both languages at least B2 level).
