You will guide our new customers through a first-class onboarding — from setup to optimal usage.
You will ensure they get the maximum value from JUPUS — with tailored training, check-ins, and personal support.
You will assist customers in integrating our platform with their existing law firm software.
If a connection fails, you will check the basic settings (e.g., API keys, access rights) and act as a technical triage.
You will work closely with the product team and our support team to channel customer feedback directly into product development.
You will question existing processes and further develop them — your input matters!

You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
High technical affinity: You don't need to be able to program, but you're not afraid of technical issues.
You fundamentally understand how software interfaces (APIs) work and ideally have experience in technical support.
