- Configure Application layout
- Form and List layouts
- Configure Users Data, create groups, assign roles
- Setup Access Controls and Security Controls for Application Scope
- Portal/Workspace layout and foundational Setup
- Create sub flows for processes required for PRM flow
- Configure end to end approval/review processes, business logics
- Integrate Workorder creation sub flow with main flow
- Workflow Design
- Publish for all processes
- Build Redline Review Data model with ServiceNow Assessments & Surveys
- Configure Integrations to ServiceNow platform.
