Sales Representative, French, Italian

Role Overview

• Advising and supporting customers throughout their trial period
• Upgrading customers from free trials to paid plans
• Cross-selling additional products to existing customers
• Accurately tracking all activities in Salesforce or other reporting tools, as directed by team leaders
• Providing occasional support at events attended by the company

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience (preferably within e-commerce)
• Italian and French
• full professional proficiency (written and spoken)
• English
• advanced level (comfortable working in an English-speaking environment)
• Strong understanding that successful sales rely on active and consistent communication with clients (through any channel)
• Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills (or a strong motivation to develop them)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or Outreach is a big advantage
• Previous experience in e-commerce is an asset
• SaaS experience is also welcome
