Act as a key point of contact for project delivery within two enterprise accounts, managing timelines and expectations.
Drive the end-to-end execution of quarterly deliverables, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and meet our quality standards.
Build and maintain transparent project plans, including timelines, risk registers, and status updates, to ensure accountability across the team.
Coordinate internal resources to remove blockers and ensure cross-functional alignment.
Maintain consistent communication with customers—proactively reporting on progress, issues, and risks during delivery reviews.
Ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon obligations and help resolve scope questions with professionalism and Business Strategy in mind.
Apply structured methodologies to improve team outputs and customer satisfaction.
Ensure customer feedback is accurately tracked and shared with internal teams to drive future value.
Requirements
3–5 years in project management, ideally within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
A Results-Oriented mindset with a track record of managing technical workstreams for high-value clients.
Solid understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and the ability to apply them to real-world problems.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide clear, concise updates to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Exceptional ability to prioritise tasks and report clearly in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to identifying risks and a comfort level working through ambiguity.
Experience working effectively with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Proficiency with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and Google Suite. Experience using AI to automate processes or improve efficiency is a significant plus.
