Stryker is a leading company offering innovative products and services in MedSurg, Neurotechnology, Orthopaedics, and Spine. They are seeking an IT Project Manager responsible for implementing network connected software in hospital IT environments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, and cultivating strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, lead and coordinate project deliverables, milestones and tasks, ensuring the software project is delivered on time and in full
- Consistently forecast revenue with accuracy on a weekly basis, identifying trends and potential risks
- Proactively develop and implement strategies to maximize project revenue, optimize resource allocation, and reduce costs while maintaining high-quality outcomes
- Provide project management and consultation services related to the installation, service and support for network connected software products
- Coordinate with & lead diverse stakeholders to gain consensus to ensure technical requirements meet the needs of project, acting as the Voice of Customer and representative for the business
- Continuously evaluate existing workflows and identify inefficiencies, streamline operations and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and drive better outcomes
- Ensure requirements are understood and met, taking into consideration systems which are multi-faceted and complex products within an Integrated Operating room
- Ensure technical documentation, including pre-installation, process and training is completed
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), Quality Inspection Procedures (QIP) Install and Service manuals, as well as internal tools and knowledge base
- Develop a strong product knowledge, acting as liaison and SME with strong technical knowledge with the ability to disseminate guidance and improve processes
- Understand project, install and service pricing within sales quoting tool
- Act as a liaison, providing customer escalation support, during project phases, and post implementation activities
- Support issues from initiation to closure, ensuring product, process, documentation and/or training is updated to resolve
- Ad-hoc site visits to build relationships, keep skills & knowledge current, provide customer facing support and continuous learning of customer needs
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree and 4 years of applicable work experience or a high school diploma plus 6+ years of relevant work experience required
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager required
- 1+ years of experience in Hospital IT or Software Technical Project Management
- 1+ years of experience working with network engineer principles, including WAN/LAN architecture, LDAP and firewalls
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, with an understanding of their role in healthcare environments
- 1+ years of experience with EMR integrations, leveraging HL7 standards
