Translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand instructions.
Support the customer success team by documenting new features.
Brainstorm new tutorial ideas based on user behavior, common questions, and product updates.
Update and improve existing tutorials as the platform evolves.
Developing and optimizing training(s) for Pluxbox Platform user(s).

You are a bachelor’s or master student.
Strong organisational skills with the demonstrated ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deliver results;
Motivated self-starter taking ownership with ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities;
Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills in English.
Practical knowledge with video-editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut).
Experience working or knowledge with SaaS tools, or technical user-facing products.
An appealing CV and portfolio is a plus.
Ability to break down complex technical processes into simple, engaging instructions.
