Ensure stable, secure, and uninterrupted operation of Microsoft 365 services
Continuously develop the M365 platform, considering adjacent technologies: specifically Microsoft Teams, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and hybrid operating models
Coordinate technical, organizational, and security-related requirements around the M365 service
Work closely with internal business units and IT stakeholders
Manage external service providers and align integration points
Responsible for governance, lifecycle, compliance, and user adoption topics
Provide technical leadership for the operational tasks of a team of four (without disciplinary management responsibility)
Requirements
Degree in an IT-related field, IT apprenticeship, or comparable practical experience
Several years of experience with Microsoft 365 in a corporate environment, both in operational support and in platform development
Knowledge of the ITIL framework and experience with project management methodologies and agile working practices
Process-oriented mindset and ability to set priorities in a structured way
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Team-oriented, solution-focused working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
Strong service orientation and organizational skills
Very good German language skills, spoken and written (at least C1)
