Take ownership of the design, development, deployment, and operations of solutions/features developed by your squad
Team enablement; ensure that your team is setup to succeed
Lead and grow Engineering squad of 8 to 10 specialists
Lead sprint planning and squad velocity tracking activities
Develop and execute plans using agile development methodologies
Collaborate with other cross-functional squads
Discuss business solutions with stakeholders and propose alternatives
Contribute to new talent hiring and ensure employee lifecycle is covered

At least 2 years of experience leading a team of engineers
Solid infrastructure development background, and an understanding of networking domain
Knowledge of infrastructure practices & software development life cycle
Openness to collaborate and mentor team members
Team-spirited, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
