Shape and execute product strategy, carry out meaningful user research
Create products that deliver real value for schools and learners while driving commercial success
Work closely with Design, Engineering and wider teams to champion user needs through inclusive, data‑informed decision‑making
Ensure high‑quality solutions are delivered on time
Requirements
Previous experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a tech‑focused environment
Experience working with cross‑functional teams using Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, XP)
Strong analytical mindset and ability to balance strategic decisions with practical delivery
Understanding of large‑scale software systems, including build, testing and deployment.
Familiarity with go‑to‑market approaches and product performance metrics
An understanding of how roles across Product, Design, Engineering, QA, DevOps and Marketing work together
Excellent communication skills with the ability to bring people together around shared goals
Experience using qualitative and quantitative research to guide decisions
A collaborative, inclusive approach to working with colleagues across different teams
Confidence working autonomously and taking ownership of a product area
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast‑moving environment
A passion for improving education and supporting meaningful outcomes for schools
Ability to communicate data trends clearly to educators and school leaders.
