About this role
Role Overview
- Enforces 3PL contracts, either directly or on behalf of customers.
- Globally responsible for managing the relationship between the 3PL, customers, and PRISM.
- Monitors 3PL performance by implementing measurement and follow-up systems for 3PL KPIs.
- Drives continuous improvement by ensuring jointly defined and planned actions are executed effectively by the 3PL.
- Provides recommendations on 3PL strategy and selection to customers.
- Prepares and launches tenders on behalf of customers: RFI, RFP, CFT, RFQ, etc.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Economics, International Affairs, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of overland, air, and sea transportation.
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or a related field; MSc/MBA is a plus.
- Knowledge of Lean management is a plus.
