Actively participate in the daily management of HR and communications activities.
Prepare meetings of the Social and Economic Committee (CSE).
Organize the 2027 professional elections.
Draft and publish job postings and manage recruitment (interns, apprentices, fixed-term and permanent contracts as needed).
Maintain relationships with schools and universities.
Co-manage the intranet with the GPEC Technician: updates, content creation, and news dissemination.
Coordinate educational events and school/college partnerships (e.g., the "Terrains d’Entente" program).
Requirements
You will be enrolled in a Master's-level (Bac+4/5) program at a school or university, specializing in Human Resources, starting in September 2026.
You are rigorous, autonomous, and enjoy working in a team.
You are eager to discover the industrial environment and factory work organization.
Proficient with office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of SAP and SuccessFactors is a plus.
