You administer and maintain our JTL-Wawi ERP and the Microsoft 365 environment, including Microsoft Entra ID and user management.
You monitor server, NAS and network infrastructures and ensure stable and secure operations.
Together with our external IT service provider you support 1st
and 2nd-level support for internal colleagues.
You are responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes, including hardware provisioning and permission assignment.
When needed, you support our warehouse IT in Dortmund, including scanner hardware, printers and network components.
You assist with technical challenges in day-to-day logistics operations.
You help automate routine tasks (e.g., with PowerShell or JTL workflows).
You actively contribute to IT security measures and document processes, runbooks and technical standards.
Requirements
You have completed IT vocational training (e.g., IT specialist in system integration) or hold a comparable qualification, and ideally have initial professional experience.
You have practical experience with ERP systems such as JTL-Wawi or in an e-commerce environment—ideally with hands-on warehouse logistics experience.
You have solid knowledge in administering Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID and Windows environments.
You have a good understanding of networking, server infrastructure and IT security.
Ideally, you have first experience with PowerShell scripting or workflow automation.
You speak German very well (minimum C1) and have good English skills for technical documentation.
You work proactively, in a structured and solution-oriented way, and contribute ideas for process improvement.
Plus: knowledge of Google Workspace and experience supporting warehouse hardware (scanners, printers) are an advantage.
