About this role

Lead the Inventory Excellence function across six EMC markets
Manage, coach, and develop a team of Inventory Specialists
Serve as the primary escalation point for inventory discrepancies
Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reporting
Lead the planning, deployment, and operational integration of RFID technology
Ensure 100% alignment between aLS, SAP, and store systems
Partner with Loss Prevention to identify risk areas
Standardize and oversee BAU inventory processes across all stores
Provide regular updates to Senior Manager Retail Operations and Senior Manager Consumer Excellence

University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
6–8 years of experience in retail inventory control, stock management, or retail operations
Experience managing multi‑country retail operations
Industry experience in Sports/Consumer Goods is an advantage
Strong understanding of retail operations and inventory‑control processes
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
Advanced proficiency in MS Office and analytical tools
Experience with SAP, aLS, or similar retail systems
