Role Overview
- Serve as lead client contact, ensuring exceptional service and work quality
- Manage and review financial statements, consulting engagements, and firm projects
- Oversee client budgets, profitability, billing, and timelines
- Lead, train, and develop manager and associates
- Manage workload planning and resource allocation across clients
- Support partner business development goals and firm growth initiatives
- Participate in firm initiatives, thought leadership, and client-facing presentations
- Assist with onboarding new clients and expanding existing relationships
Requirements
- Minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, economics, or related field
- CPA license or CPA candidate preferred
- Prior experience reviewing tax returns and financial statements
- Consulting and team leadership experience strongly preferred
