About this role
Role Overview
- Conduct end-to-end operational/commercial recruitment and selection processes at a national level;
- Monitor employees' probationary periods;
- Monitor HR metrics (SLA, turnover, headcount, etc.);
- Conduct exit interviews;
- Prepare initial operational admission/onboarding processes;
- Support leaders on people management topics;
- Participate in climate, engagement and development projects;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
- Experience with end-to-end Recruitment & Selection, preferably handling high-volume hiring;
- Experience analyzing HR metrics;
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms/ATS;
- Organized with a strong sense of priorities;
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
- Easily accessible to Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro.
