Manage the training environment and data requirements to support training delivery
Set-up, maintenance and enhancement of the global training environment
Create a change data strategy and plan, including an environment refresh plan
Manage all data requirements for the effective running of the training environment
Engage with market Change Managers to identify market training environment requirements
Support market Change Managers in training delivery
Liaise with the Change Manager to support market training delivery
Review, create, update and automate CMO reporting framework and templates

Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
Desirable: Additional certification in Change Management (eg : APMG, Prosci /ADKAR).
Experience in at least one of the following areas: project management, change management, communications, or training design and delivery.
