Responsible for revenue and customer growth: achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets while strategically expanding existing customer relationships.
Drive active account management and new business acquisition: targeted upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts as well as identifying and winning new contacts and business units.
Secure contract renewals strategically and lead negotiations: developing effective renewal strategies and professionally conducting contract negotiations at the decision-maker level.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations: presenting tailored solutions to generate additional business and strengthen long-term customer partnerships.
Ensure pipeline management and accurate sales reporting: maintaining the CRM sales pipeline and producing reliable forecasts, revenue projections, and management reports.
Shape market analysis and cross-functional collaboration: analyzing market and competitive trends and closely coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and sustainable customer satisfaction.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or strategic customer success
Experience developing and implementing account strategies
Strong understanding of market trends and industry developments
Proficient with CRM systems and common sales tools
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken (business level)
