Role Overview
- Manage and organize executive calendars, ensuring alignment between teams and preparation for meetings;
- Perform periodic reviews of access to management tools and internal systems, ensuring compliance and security;
- Develop, review, and send internal communications aligned with the area's strategic guidelines;
- Support the team in daily routines, providing operational and technological assistance;
- Follow up on status reports and assist in controlling deliverables, deadlines, and project metrics;
- Collaborate with partner areas to streamline workflows and resolve outstanding issues;
- Keep documentation up to date and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Familiarity with productivity tools: Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint) or similar.
- Basic knowledge of performance indicator management.
- Ability to create and review internal communications.
- Basic knowledge of project management, including status tracking, risk monitoring, and deadline management.
- Experience organizing executive calendars and using scheduling tools.
- Skill in using and maintaining documentation, dashboards, and reports.
- Desired: knowledge of agile methodologies and project management.
