Provide technical leadership for the development team, supporting the coordinator in defining and disseminating technical standards;
Work hands-on in solution development, guiding the team in architectural decisions and best practices;
Ensure integration between frontend, backend and mobile, promoting a unified view of digital solutions;
Conduct code reviews, support estimates and participate in strategic discussions about architecture and product evolution;
Follow and ensure the application of best practices and standards defined by the Architecture team;
Collaborate in an agile, multidisciplinary environment, prioritizing value-driven deliveries;
Ensure code quality, proper version control and minimum documentation for deliverables.
