Communicating with and scheduling candidates for interviewing across multiple roles and locations.
Providing an exceptional candidate experience for everyone interviewed.
Managing and maintaining accurate candidate data within the ATS.
Acting as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate scheduling needs.
Supporting additional recruiting activities and events.
Requirements
At least one year as a coordinator or other recruiting or HR function with a strong emphasis on scheduling and operational support.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple complex schedules simultaneously with patience and perseverance.
The desire to learn the talent acquisition space inclusive of sourcing, recruiting, and operations.
Working knowledge of local labor laws.
Experience with applicant tracking systems or other HR technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and patiently with diverse individuals.
