Coach a team of ~4 account executives on sales strategy, pipeline reviews and achieve quarterly/yearly targets.
Hire new account executives and provide both onboarding and ongoing coaching to ensure their growth and success.
Support account executives through professional development plans.
Provide clear and tactical feedback to account executives.
Further culture within the team and commercial organization with high emotional intelligence.
Collaborate with executive team to develop performance metrics.
Coordinate the involvement of Field Sales Engineers and support teams so that performance objectives and customers’ expectations are consistently met.
Work cross-functionally to strategically solve problems and project manage.

Requirements
Previous experience supervising a sales team in Mexico, (Enterprise Accounts preferred) in a management capacity.
Proven track record of ability to train, spearhead and motivate enterprise sales teams.
Solid understanding of SFDC and accurate forecasting methodology.
8+ years of technology sales experience.
At least 2 years of managing sales teams that handle complex sales cycles involving multiple decision makers, multiple products, and extended time-frames.
Ability to manage C-level and senior level relationships within large companies.
Position requires frequent travel within the Mexican territory for customer visits and key industry events.
Excellent communication skills (English and Spanish) and comfortable with public speaking.
Proficient in utilizing tools such as SFDC.
