Administer and operate Fortinet equipment, including firewalls, VPNs, security policies and troubleshooting.
Manage and support cloud telephony (VoIP, SIP, integrations and call quality).
Administer the network infrastructure, including: switches, corporate Wi‑Fi, edge and core devices.
Manage and monitor internet links (MPLS, dedicated links, SD‑WAN), ensuring redundancy, performance and availability.
Manage and respond to telecommunications incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Configure and maintain cloud network environments, including: VPCs and VNets (Azure, AWS, OCI), subnets, routes, gateways, firewalls and security rules.
Ensure that all operations comply with Information Security principles and policies.
Monitor the environment, identifying risks, vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement.
Propose improvements, automations and optimizations to telecommunications and network infrastructure.
Operate the environment, ensuring stability, availability and security of services.

Education: Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Computer Engineering)

Experience with cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure or OCI), especially in network configurations.
Experience in incident resolution, with an analytical mindset and a sense of urgency.
Knowledge and application of Information Security best practices.
Certifications: Fortinet (NSE, FCP or similar) and Cisco (CCNA, CCNP or equivalents).
Experience with SD‑WAN and network monitoring tools.
