Own and manage GALE's social media channels — LinkedIn (primary), Instagram, X/Twitter, and TikTok
Develop and execute a social media strategy that drives follower growth, engagement, and impressions, in partnership with the Associate Manager and Vice President
Write compelling copy and develop creative approaches; partner closely with team’s Designers on visual assets and video content
Manage content calendar end-to-end, from ideation to publishing to performance tracking
Stay ahead of platform trends, identify opportunities, and proactively bring new ideas
Support external and internal communications efforts, including drafting and distributing key messaging, blogs, newsletters, etc.
Support thought leadership initiatives to position GALE and its key leaders
Help with project management and planning for external events (e.g. Cannes Lions)
Support and/or drive internal communications projects
Track deadlines and manage events and awards calendars
Maintain core team trackers and documents to keep us organized and running smoothly.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in communications, social media, marketing, or a related field
A natural feel for social media – you understand what works on each platform and why
Strong writing and communications skills – you can shift tone from a LinkedIn thought leadership post to a TikTok caption without missing a beat
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize across multiple workstreams
