About this role
Role Overview
Execute marketing campaigns in Marketo or HubSpot, including email sends, nurture programs, and audience segmentation
Manage campaign setup, testing, QA, and scheduling for accurate delivery
Maintain data integrity across marketing automation and CRM systems
Support lead management processes in partnership with Revenue Operations
Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track campaign performance
Partner with Demand Generation and Lifecycle Marketing teams for campaign implementation
Identify opportunities to streamline campaign execution processes
Requirements
5–7 years of Marketing Operations experience in B2B SaaS companies
Stack familiarity: hands-on experience using HubSpot or Marketo, with knowledge of Salesforce, Outreach, LeanData, Chili Piper, RevSure, Asana or Jira
Campaign execution expertise: high level of accuracy in QA, testing, scheduling, troubleshooting
Data management skills: maintain clean marketing and CRM data
Reporting and analytics competency: ability to build dashboards and provide actionable insights
Collaboration and communication: work closely with Demand Generation, Lifecycle Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams
