Provide coaching, performance evaluations, career development, and active mentoring through regular technical guidance, feedback, and hands-on support to grow individual and team capability.

Act as the on-site leadership counterpart to the Niles-based Infrastructure Operations team.

7+ years in systems/infrastructure engineering roles.
2+ years of leadership or people-management experience.
Strong hands-on experience across Windows Server, Linux, AD, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, VMware, and networking fundamentals.
Experience supporting global production environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
