Contribute to the end-to-end design process — from discovery and ideation to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff
Partner with product managers, researchers, and engineers to design features that solve real user problems while maintaining consistency across Appspace
Participate in user testing and design critiques to validate ideas and continuously improve the user experience
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual mockups to communicate design concepts and flows
Iterate based on feedback and data to refine usability and visual design
Design clean, accessible, and cohesive UI components that align with our design system and brand guidelines
Collaborate with the design systems team to contribute patterns, components, and visual assets
Work closely with engineers to ensure design intent is met throughout implementation
Partner with other designers to maintain consistency, share learnings, and elevate design quality across the product suite
Stay curious — explore design trends, tools, and technologies that help push our UX/UI forward.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field — or equivalent hands-on experience and portfolio work
A portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects that demonstrate your design process, visual craft, and problem-solving approach
Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite
Understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design best practices
Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams
Familiarity with front-end implementation concepts (a plus)
