MS or higher in Computer Science, Robotics, or equivalent experience.
12+ years of relevant industry experience.
A structured approach to systems and software development.
Proven record of successfully leading multi-functional efforts in architecture, development, or verification.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
ADAS or autonomous vehicle systems or Machine learning and Robotics experience
Knowledge and experience in Data science and statistics
Worked in V&V of safety-critical systems
Knowledge of Sensor technologies, e.g. radar, lidar, camera
Experience with system safety methodologies & practices (FMEA, FTA, STPA,..) and safety standards (ISO 26262, IEC 61508, UL4600, ISO21448, ISO 8800..)
