Responsible for the technical delivery both as a project lead and technical resource with minimal supervision while completing assignments that require independent judgement and evaluation.
Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors and other project team members.
Lead and maintain commissioning schedules including daily standup, 3-week look ahead and project specific resource loading.
Lead and organize the quality control and electrical testing teams on Mission Critical projects.
Manage the logistics for resource needs including staffing and test equipment specific to the project.
Facilitate issue resolution of testing failures.
Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in medium and low-voltage electrical systems.
Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Experience in diagnosing and solving construction and operational problems.
Able to work as part of a team, think creatively, and problem solve.
Willingness to travel 75%+ as national level projects dictate.
Considered a Plus: Journeyman / Master Electrician
Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology
