Role Overview
- Managing employment regulation and compliance research projects
- Reviewing and analyzing wage calculations, tax deductions, and reports for compliance
- Testing products on an ongoing basis and documenting issues
- Directing and planning operations of all group benefits programs
- Providing excellent customer service and investigating new benefits programs
- Assisting in the design of employee benefits plans
Requirements
- 5+ years of payroll experience working in payroll processing, employment tax filings, or payroll compliance research role
- Knowledge of all pertinent government regulations, filing and compliance requirements affecting employee benefits
- Knowledge of UKG/UKG-Pro applications is a valuable asset
- Very good knowledge of MS Office suite (Word/Excel)
- PCP Certification preferred, or enrolled
