Support the data management pipeline from data source to AI models
Serve as a key link between the product development team and AI/ML tools
Support, enhance, and scale machine learning capabilities for product development activities
Use structured datasets to improve reporting tools for products, properties, and raw materials
Identify opportunities for material improvement and formulation optimization
Develop new PP formulations for target applications
Act as technical point of contact for customers and OEMs regarding products and business
Comply with HSE and safety policies

University degree in scientific fields, including Polymers, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry; Master’s or PhD preferred
Three years of experience in materials science, polymer science, or related fields
Preferred understanding of polymer structure–property relationships, polymer characterization methods, compounding processes, and data interpretation
Basic knowledge and ambition in data analytics and data science
Experience with AI technologies and data management for polymer formulations and compounding preferred
Strong knowledge of data architecture
Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office required
Basic knowledge of Python and PowerApps
Ability to apply mathematics and statistics in daily work
Experience in cross-functional projects and resource management
Professionalism, creativity, and passion to drive things forward
