About this role
Role Overview
Manage client portfolios with a focus on monitoring construction projects and post-sales support;
Understand clients' needs and respond to requests promptly;
Maintain an overall view, prioritize and direct requests to resolve deviations;
Resolve incidents with clients by acting as an intermediary and ensuring resolution with other company departments;
Ensure, monitor, and communicate customer satisfaction across the organization;
Manage projects and support multiple initiatives simultaneously;
Serve clients through multiple communication channels;
Monitor performance indicators;
Prepare commercial proposals;
Update information in the CRM and ERP;
Issue service orders and register complaints;
Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience managing client portfolios with a focus on monitoring construction projects and post-sales support.
