Customer Success Representative

Role Overview

• Provide support to internal customers (production team)
• Typical responsibilities include internal fabrication support
• Liaison between service and technicians to clarify orders
• Enter work orders generated from mail, emails, phone calls and drop-offs
• Build internal relationships with production team
• When asked, provide additional support to frontline team by answering telephones, respond to emails and entering work orders as appropriate
• Prep items for shipping as required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Less than 1 year of related experience
• Experience with Word and Excel
• Solid data entry skills with accuracy
• Team player that supports the company goals to meet all service level metrics
• Develop skills to manage external customer inquiries (clinicians)
• Basic knowledge of medical/industry terminology a plus
