SLA Indicator Analysis: Interpret actual data on costs, volumes and average times, including:
TMI (Average Hospitalization Time).
TMP (Average Length of Stay).
Root Cause Investigation: Identify why indicators are outside expected ranges (e.g., high costs or extended hospitalizations) to support managerial and executive decision-making.
Reports and Dashboards: Work with databases and performance dashboards (currently using Tableau).
Third-Party Evaluation: Conduct productivity studies and return on investment (ROI) analyses of third-party service providers working for the company.
