- Designs and implements enterprise voice solutions using Cisco Webex Calling and Microsoft Teams Voice
- Leads customer migrations from CUCM and legacy PBXs to modern cloud calling platforms
- Designs hybrid architectures between Cisco and Microsoft collaboration platforms
- Creates PSTN connectivity solutions
- Builds trusted advisor relationships with clients and provides consultative guidance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years of collaboration and voice experience
- Proven experience designing and implementing Cisco Webex Calling and Microsoft Teams Voice
- Strong understanding of PSTN connectivity, SIP, voice gateways, and hybrid architectures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
