Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Technical Design and Garment Engineering
- minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role
- advancement in organizations utilizing advanced digital workflows
- mastery of DPC ecosystems (Clo3D, Browzwear, AI)
- expert knowledge of garment construction, grading, and global manufacturing
- proven track record of team transformation through digital initiatives
- exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
