Experience leading Data Science projects with direct, measurable business impact.
Technical autonomy to define analytical approaches, select methods, and interpret results.
Experience with large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
Experience in cloud environments, preferably Azure and Databricks.

Preferred:

Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with Databricks and data/ML services on the Microsoft Azure platform.
