Requirements
Deep experience as a CFO with ownership of FP&A, fundraising, GAAP/non-GAAP reporting, and capital strategy.
Demonstrated experience leading operations or having Operations report into Finance.
Proven ability to scale organizations and operationalize enterprise strategy.
Strong financial and operational data fluency; ability to translate insights into execution.
Exceptional executive communication and Board presentation skills.
High integrity and experience operating in regulated or high-compliance environments.
15+ years of experience in a demonstrated, executive leadership capacity.
Experience serving as a CFO in a high-growth, venture-backed organization.
Prior experience overseeing Operations, or serving in a combined CFO/COO or enterprise integrator role.
Experience in financial services, exchanges, fintech, or regulated industries strongly preferred.
CPA strongly preferred.
