About this role

Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
Ensure equipment availability, reliability, and minimal downtime.
Manage maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, breakdown frequency, etc.).
Develop maintenance project plans, timelines, and resource strategies.
Lead shutdown/turnaround planning and execution.
Track costs and effort in a T&M model with time logs and work reports.
Coordinate with production, engineering, safety, and procurement teams.
Manage external vendors, contractors, and service partners.
Maintain asset registers, equipment history, drawings, manuals.
Conduct risk assessments, job safety analyses (JSA), and incident investigations.

5–12+ years of experience in plant maintenance, engineering, or industrial operations.
Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance processes.
Experience in T&M engagement models and contractor management.
Proficiency with CMMS / SAP PM / Maximo / Infor EAM (as applicable).
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred qualifications: Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, PMP, CMRP.
