Role Overview

• The HRBP will be instrumental in delivering a best-in-class HR experience, from onboarding to performance management and development.
• This leader will optimise and scale HR practices to align with Nivoda’s ambitious growth trajectory, fostering an environment where employees thrive and contribute to the company’s mission of doubling revenue annually.
• Develop and implement people-centric programs across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and career development.
• Ensure HR operations comply with regional regulations while maintaining the agility required in a high-growth organisation.
• Design and execute initiatives to foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
• Build frameworks for professional development, succession planning, and career progression to support Nivoda’s culture of continuous growth.
• Partner with leaders across departments to understand business needs and implement HR solutions that drive results.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions, including workforce planning and employee performance metrics. Lead with excellence and integrity.
• Establish a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Manage HR compliance, ensuring adherence to local laws and regulations while maintaining ethical and inclusive practices.

Requirements

• 5
• 7 years in HR or related roles with demonstrated expertise in global HR practices.
• Proven experience in high-growth organisations, ideally in tech, marketplace, or customer-centric industries.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, compliance, and analytics.
• Exceptional project management skills with a track record of implementing impactful HR initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience working with distributed teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.
• Background in luxury, technology, or fast-paced global industries.
• Demonstrated success in scaling HR programs to align with organisational growth.
