Senior Manager, Finance Partnering & Insights

Role Overview

• Lead the financial management team across the division or branches
• Provide strategic financial management advice and financial insight
• Develop strategic expert insights into operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with divisional/branch leaders and their teams
• Ensure greater awareness and transparency of emerging risks, opportunities, and trade offs toward improving financial sustainability
• Establish work plans and strategic priorities
• Be fully accountable for the quality, integrity, and accuracy of expert advice provided

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification (Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related discipline)
• Relevant industry experience
• Full membership of a recognised professional accounting body
• Strong background in financial management and business partnering
• Demonstrated analysis skills
• Strong communication skills
• Stakeholder management skills
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders
• Ability to influence decision-making
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
