Accurate identification of pain points and opportunities
Identify companies within the ICP and build qualified prospect lists for outreach.
Execute multichannel outreach (Phone, Email, WhatsApp, and Social Selling) to generate and schedule meetings.
Optimize templates and scalable, personalized communication flows.
Conduct strategic conversations to understand prospects' accessibility challenges and connect them to Hand Talk's value proposition.
Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) to ensure qualified opportunities include the necessary information for closing.
Maintain an organized CRM and manage a high volume of daily activities.
Identify objection patterns and adjust the sales pitch accordingly.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
Proven track record in pre-sales (SDR) roles.
Demonstrated history of exceeding prospecting targets.
Experience with CRM tools and sales management software — emphasis on Pipedrive.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Behavioral Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and active listening.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
High empathy to identify customer needs and flexibility to adapt prospecting approaches.
Hands-on profile: proactive and resilient, with a strong focus on prospecting.
Analytical mindset to track results and keep the funnel warm by managing lead volume in an organized manner.
Learning and feedback-oriented: curious and open to continuous development.
Results-driven and persistent in prospecting, comfortable pursuing aggressive targets.
Ability to source data and commercial intelligence to inform prospecting actions.
Strong time management and prioritization skills to ensure productivity and consistency in executing large-scale prospecting cadences without compromising quality or deadlines.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with sales intelligence tools (e.g., Apollo, Lusha, Seamless, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.
Proficiency in English.
