Role Overview
- Act as a high-level proxy and "navigator" for the GM
- Design and lead the cadence of the business (MBRs, QBRs, etc.)
- Bridge the gap between disparate teams
- Implement rigorous reporting and "high-velocity infrastructure"
- Run complex work-streams across the Workday executive ecosystem
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in project or program management
- Experience in operational management for an integrated business
- Exceptional ability to drive Cross-Functional Alignment
- Shown ability to lead Meeting Facilitation optimally
- Exceptional Proactive Thinking skills
- Confirmed mastery in Stakeholder Engagement
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to design and handle reporting processes
- Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS
