About this role
Role Overview
Support the Chief Transformation Officer of Dentons Canada in developing and implementing the national strategy
Manage internal projects and initiatives, including preparing reports and financial analyses related to those initiatives
Support strategic internal communications directed to senior leadership and Dentons partners
Contribute to the development and rollout of tools and processes related to the firm’s operational management
Identify and analyze cross-disciplinary operational issues and recommend innovative, best-practice-based solutions
Participate in interdisciplinary projects and initiatives at the national and global levels
Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or graduate diploma
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Dataverse, Forms or Power Apps (an asset)
Excellent written communication skills
Experience in a law firm or professional services firm (an asset)
Curiosity and ability to learn quickly
Strong analytical and research skills, with a keen interest in data and statistical analysis
Strong attention to detail, including layout and graphic elements
Demonstrated ability to identify problems, analyze them and recommend innovative solutions
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with colleagues at all levels, including senior leadership
Strong project management, prioritization and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines
High degree of diplomacy, including strong negotiation, conflict-resolution and relationship-management skills
Understanding of confidentiality principles and a commitment to protecting personal information and ethical conduct
Proficiency in English; knowledge of French (an asset)
