About this role
Role Overview
- Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned customers, managing inquiries, escalations, and supply commitments.
- Monitor backlog, demand signals, and order status to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, and Finance to address supply risks and demand or execution gaps.
- Build trusted customer relationships through proactive, transparent communication and represent customer needs internally.
- Manage orders and customer data using ERP/CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in Customer Success, Order Management, Sales Operations, or Supply Chain Operations in a global environment.
- Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems and operational dashboards.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills.
