About this role
Role Overview
First point of contact for support and service inquiries related to our digital financing platform
Support for Sparkassen (savings banks) and distribution partners on product-related and technical questions
Guide new partners through technical onboarding
Close collaboration with Sales, Product Management and IT
Predominantly digital communication — via email, phone and video calls
Identify optimization potential and proactively contribute ideas to further develop support and service processes
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training as a bank clerk (Bankkaufmann/-frau) or an equivalent qualification
Initial practical experience with mortgage financing, real estate financing or loan processing
Interest in digital platforms, technical concepts and modern FinTech solutions
Confident user of MS Office
Ideally first experience with CRM systems
Knowledge of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe or experience in a platform/software environment
