Design and implement complex configurations including Flow, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, and Advanced Formulas.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and improve business processes & optimize the lead-to-cash lifecycle.
Audit existing workflows and build robust, automated processes that reduce friction for our reps.
Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting issues and resolving system incidents efficiently.
Manage tools connected to Salesforce (e.g., Gong). Support platform releases, system updates, testing, and deployment of new functionality.
Conduct regular "Health Checks" to proactively identify and resolve technical debt, failing syncs, or automation bottlenecks.
When a stakeholder asks for a new field or tool, your first question is: "How does this affect our reporting and downstream systems?"

3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, ideally for a mid-market to enterprise-level company ($50M+)
Strong experience with Sales Cloud
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flows and automation.
Solid understanding of data relationships, objects, and data models.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Based in or near Medellín, Colombia, with the ability to work in a synchronized fashion with our North American teams.
Experience with supporting sales and customer teams (Nice to Have)
Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, CPQ Admin)
Experience with CPQ or complex billing integrations is highly preferred.
Advanced knowledge and administration of Salesforce CPQ as well as key Salesforce integrations (Gainsight, Outreach IO, LeanData, Gong IO, Marketo, Zendesk, etc)
Experience with LLMs and automation tools (Claude,Gemini,n8n)
