Role Overview
Inbound qualification: You process new inquiries quickly, in a structured manner and with property-management expertise (WEG/MV/GEW — condominium / residential rental / commercial property management)
Standard closings: You actively drive advisory conversations to contract signing (closing)
Handover of complex leads: Precise differentiation between standard and complex leads for handover
Scheduling for major clients: You book qualified meetings with large clients for the Head of Sales / Account Executive
CRM & workflows: You build and operate highly efficient qualification workflows in HubSpot
Data quality: Clean documentation, clear next steps, correct deal stages and CRM maintenance — "clean data" as the standard
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in property management
Strong process knowledge in WEG and residential rental management (MV), and ideally in commercial property management (GEW)
Confident user of CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
Experienced in digital communication (Teams, Slack, Zoom)
