Role Overview
- Define and own product strategy for key areas of the platform
- Oversee large, cross-functional projects from discovery through launch
- Synthesize qualitative feedback and quantitative data to identify opportunities
- Establish and monitor KPIs, analyze product performance trends
- Partner with engineering, design, data, onboarding, and support to align on requirements
- Create detailed product requirement documents, user stories, and technical specifications
- Lead comprehensive QA processes, define acceptance criteria
- Provide guidance to junior product managers and influence stakeholders
- Partner with internal teams to ensure successful launches
Requirements
- A four-year college degree and 5+ years of progressive product management experience
- Proven ability to define and execute product strategy
- Strong track record of setting long-term product vision
- Advanced analytical capabilities with experience defining KPIs
- Extensive experience writing detailed product requirement documents
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Deep commitment to understanding user workflows
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of technical architecture, APIs, integrations, and system design considerations
